This design is used where flash flooding and set up time issues are critical.
The costs are comparable to a ground level or knee wall design.
Set up is simply remove the cover plates and drop in the beams.
View scapes are somewhat compromised however, when the beams are not in place the openings do create a feeling of environmental sensitivity.
