Brno Testing Facility
Research and testing is conducted at a full scale facility in Bruno Czech Republic. EKO is a sponsor of this facility which is also the site of the International Flood Management Conference which is conducted every two years. Flow capacity and pumping power is such that “log ramming“ tests and flow direction change tests can be carried out against full scale post and beam wall sections. These tests and demonstrations of all types of flood protection devices are part of the Conference program. Flood-way modeling tests can also be conducted.
